There's something about navigating these backwaters and bays that gives you a feel for the area no map ever could. That same local knowledge carries over into how I help clients find not just a house, but the right lifestyle fit.

I'm also an active member of my church community, where I play electric guitar in the worship band — which might surprise a few people who only know me from real estate. Music has always been part of how I recharge and stay grounded.

I built "Everything Naples Florida" because I kept seeing people make major life decisions about moving here without a realistic picture of what life in Southwest Florida actually looks like. The YouTube channel is my way of giving people honest, useful information before they ever pick up the phone — and if they do call, I want them to feel like they already know me.
